Welcome to one of the most established dance studios in Colorado Springs.
The Dance Center of Colorado Springs has been in business for over 30 years.  This summer marks a milestone for The Dance Center as we begin our summer session in a brand new, custom-built facility under the brand new ownership of Miss Kathryn Farrell Utke.  Our professional staff, beautiful facility, competitive rates, and wide array of classes make us THE studio to choose for your dance instruction needs in Colorado Springs.  We offer classes for ages 3 to adult in ballet, jazz, tap, acrobatics, modern, and hip-hop.  Our facility is second-to-none with professional Marley flooring as well as world renowned Swedish Kahr's flooring, wall-to-wall mirrors, viewing windows for every studio, and raised ceilings.  We are one of the only studios in Colorado Springs who can boast an annual recital experience at the Pikes Peak Center; it is a wonderful, professional theater experience for all of our dancers that is an outstanding finale to  each season at our studio.  And for the more serious dancer, our school offers performance and competition opportunities via membership in our award-winning performing ensembles.

Nearly 30 years in Colorado Springs speaks for itself...Laura Davis started The Dance Center when there was no competitive dance market to speak of in Colorado Springs and, along with her fabulous staff, has remained competitive and thriving in this fast-growing field of new dance studios and new dance  styles.  Now under the new ownership of Kathryn Farrell Utke, The Dance Center enters an exciting new era of growth and success!
